Geoff Nicholas is the head of the international arbitration group in London. He has wide ranging experience of representing international clients in major multi-jurisdictional disputes, including in the UK, US, Europe and the Middle East. He has been a partner since 1994.
Geoff is a specialist in international arbitration, with experience of both ad hoc and institutional arbitrations (including under ICC and LCIA rules). He also has extensive experience in devising innovative dispute resolution procedures for major clients. His litigation experience has included work in common law systems such as the UK and the US and in civil law systems across Europe.
