Some recent examples of our telecoms arbitration work include acting for:

• a European telecommunications company in a dispute with a Middle Eastern Government concerning the provision of mobile telephony services;
• Saudi Cable Company in its long-running arbitration with AT&T/Lucent;
• France Telecom in a dispute between its Lebanese subsidiary and the Lebanese Government concerning a contract under for a GSM mobile telephone network in Lebanon;
• France Telecom (as lead counsel) in its dispute with Deutsche Telekom concerning the termination of their strategic alliance; and
• Tamura Electric Co in an ICC arbitration concerning telecoms businesses in India.
