Some other examples of our arbitration work include acting for:

a German manufacturer of electrical appliances in an ICC arbitration in Zurich in a $500m post-M&A dispute arising out of the sale of a major electronic devices business;
a financial services products provider in an arbitration in London under the LCIA Rules arising out of a joint venture dispute with a major international bank;
Korea Deposit Insurance in two ICC arbitrations in New York in a $1bn-plus battle for control of Korea Life Insurance;
a major international mining company on its rights under international law and applicable bilateral investment treaties with respect to violations of a tax stabilisation regime; and
a US-based computer software and hardware company in an ICC arbitration brought by a European watch manufacturer arising out of an agreement concerning development of a network in Europe and related technology.
