• a major Western Europe industrial supplier in a multi-party arbitration involving the financing of industrial projects in Central and Eastern Europe;
• an Austrian company in an ad hoc arbitration proceeding regarding the construction and development of a multi-functional business centre in Vienna;
• an Austrian bank in a dispute with a Ukrainian construction company regarding payment of guarantee amounts;
• the Government of Ukraine in SCC arbitration proceedings against Vanco arising out of a production-sharing agreement; and
• a major oil company in an ICC arbitration arising out of a dispute related to a pipeline in Kazakhstan.
