• a Belgian company against a Belgian shipping company in its ICC arbitration over a natural gas dispute conducted in Geneva under Belgian law;
• a Panamanian company against a US company in a dispute about commissions for the development of oil fields off the east coast of Russia;
• an Azerbaijan operating company against a Georgian state-owned entity in an UNCITRAL arbitration in Stockholm concerning an oil and gas dispute;
• a German gas company in two arbitrations regarding gas transport in Central and Eastern Europe; and
• German nationwide energy companies in price adjustment arbitrations.
