- a world leader in the field of industrial engineering in ICC arbitrations in Austria, Switzerland and France;
- a major manufacturer of construction equipment in a dispute with its foreign distributors and licensees in ICC arbitrations taking place in Switzerland, Italy, South Africa and the United States;
- a consortium of European and Asian contractors in proceedings arising out of the financing of the construction of the Iraq-Trans-Saudi Arabia oil pipeline;
- the owner in relation to the construction of of the civil parts of a hydroelectric project in Malawi;
- an African state entity in an ICC arbitration brought against it by an Italian constructor, seeking recovery of approximately US$ 30 million for costs of delays, disruption, acceleration costs and others in relation to the construction of a gravel road;
- a Middle Eastern Company in an ICC arbitration brought against it by US and Middle Eastern companies concerning the sub contracting of certain engineering works for a gas/oil fired power station in Saudi Arabia; and
- an owner in relation to the construction of a steel mill in the Czech Republic.
