  • Deutsche Bank on the IPO and listing of shares of MediaNation on the growth enterprise market of the Hong Kong stock exchange;
  • Dresdner Bank on the IPO of Nordex, the alternative energy company;
  • Aton Capital Group on the IPO of the Internet company OAO RosBusiness Consulting;
  • P&O in connection with the demerger of P&O Princess Cruises and its listing on the New York Stock Exchange;
  • Mediobanca, Morgan Stanley and Unicredit Banca Mobiliare on the IPO of Pirelli & C Real Estate;
  • Prudential in connection with its listing on the New York Stock Exchange and the related registered equity offering in the United States;
  • The Royal Bank of Scotland in connection with an offering of preference shares. The preference shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange and were registered with the SEC;
  • William Hill bookmakers on its IPO;
  • Nomura in relation to a £11m rights issue by the pharmaceuticals company Xenova; and
