Caroline Stroud is a partner based in our London employment, pensions and benefits group. She has extensive experience in a wide variety of claims in the High Court, Court of Appeal, employment tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunal. She advises clients on all aspects of employment law with particular concentration upon discrimination (on the basis of sex, race, disability, religion, sexual orientation and age), grievance and disciplinary procedures, equal pay and whistle-blowing.   

Caroline also specialises in advising financial institutions on the employment issues arising from regulatory and compliance investigations. She has considerable experience in mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. Her clients include several major investment banks and other financial institutions, professional services firms and major corporates. Caroline is a Solicitor-Advocate (Civil) and an accredited CEDR mediator.
