Juliane Hilf has been a partner since 2004 and works in our Cologne office. She is a member of our environment, planning and regulatory (EPR) practice group and specialises in German and European environmental and technology law, regulatory law and gaming law - all including project development, privatisations and transactional work. She is a member of the leisure sector group and co-heads the new technologies/new infrastructure subgroup of the low carbon energy group.
Juliane was born in 1968. She completed her legal education at the universities of Geneva and Heidelberg, from which she holds the degree of doctor of laws (Dr iur utr). Her dissertation covered an aspect of European law. She has published and lectured widely on environmental law, focusing on European law. She is an author of a standard commentary on the EC treaty.
Juliane joined the firm in 1997. She speaks German, English and French.
