Experience

Igor specialises in corporate law, including M&A and JVs.  His recent experience includes advising on projects in the energy, metals and mining, pulp and paper and retail sectors. During his career he was seconded for a year to our Frankfurt office and a leading US law firm in New York. Igor is a member of Moscow Bar.
