Based in London, Sally Roe is a member of our dispute resolution practice and co-head of our road rail and social infrastructure and public sector groups. She specialises in construction and engineering law, building and engineering contracts, specialist electrical, mechanical and plant procurement, domestic and international construction and engineering projects, construction and engineering litigation and arbitration, and EU public procurement law. Her sector experience includes construction, engineering, rail, road and power.

Born in 1956, Sally was educated at St Hilda's College, Oxford and has been a partner in Freshfields since 1990.
