Jane is the head of the engineering, procurement and construction group in London (ranked Top Tier in Chambers) and a member of our dispute resolution practice.  She specialises in  construction and engineering law, building and engineering contracts, domestic and international projects, construction and engineering litigation, arbitration and expert determination and EU procurement law.  Her sector experience includes energy, petrochemical, road, rail and real estate (development and investment).  Jane’s clients include utilities and international contractors, governments, developers and credit providers.

 Jane was educated at Lincoln College, Oxford and became a partner in 1996.  She is an accredited CEDR mediator and co-author of Partnering and Alliancing on Construction Projects (Sweet and Maxwell) and International Construction Arbitration Law (Kluwer).
