Experience

Thomas Emde is a partner and works in our Frankfurt office. He is a member of our finance practice group and specialises in advising the financial industry and has particular expertise in regulatory matters including stock exchange listings and in the asset management sector.

Thomas completed his legal education at the universities of Munich, Heidelberg, Lausanne and Freiburg where he has obtained his doctor's degree and worked as an assistant professor. In 1984 he joined the legal department of DZ bank. He worked for the bank as a senior legal counsel and from 1988 as a senior manager in the investment banking division.

Thomas joined the firm in 1991. He speaks German and English.
