Alexander Goepfert is a partner and works in our Duesseldorf office. He has played a significant part in establishing our firm's German real estate practice. Legal Business and Global Counsel – Corporate Real Estate rank him among the leading German real estate experts. He specialises in the structuring of complex real estate transactions and development projects including financing, tax and planning aspects. For many years now, he has advised international investors and project developing companies in Germany and Europe.

Alexander was born in Heidelberg (Germany) in 1956. He studied law and history of art at the universities of Goettingen and Heidelberg and obtained the degree of doctor of laws from the University of Cologne.

Alexander joined the firm in 1986. He speaks German and English.
