  • Salomon Smith Barney and the private placement investors in a leveraged lease financing of Ondeo Nalco Company's corporate headquarter complex in Naperville, Illinois;
  • Thomson Multimedia and its subsidiary, Thomson Polkolor, in a synthetic lease financing arranged by JPMorgan Chase, to finance, on an off-balance-sheet basis, equipment in an existing Thomson plant in Piaseczno, Poland;
  • Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America on the structuring of the Hardee Power Partners synthetic lease turbine financing; and
  • US institutional investors on the Hamakua Energy synthetic lease of a 60MW gas-fired power project in Honokaa, Hawaii.
