Our New York-based finance practice comprises the core expertise of our New York office, which consists of 12 partners, 2 counsel and over 40 associates. Our practice consists predominately of work in asset finance, cross-border leasing, private placements, project finance and structured finance.

In addition to these specialist areas of expertise, we advise on a wide range of general finance and banking transactions. In particular we work with clients on a variety of secured and unsecured commercial lending transactions, and regularly advise on term and revolving loan credit agreements, participation agreements, letters of credit, bankers' acceptances and other instruments customarily used in the commercial banking industry.

We also regularly work on foreign exchange, repurchase, options, forward sale and securities lending transactions, as well as advising on compliance procedures, master trading documentation, custody relationships and clearing systems and exchanges. In addition, we have a dedicated real estate practice that focuses on complex real estate finance, capital markets placements and investment funds.

Combined with the strength of our international network, we have the ability to manage and advise on a wide variety of domestic and international finance transactions.
