Our corporate practice focuses on multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions while lawyers in our finance practice have extensive experience in structured finance, project finance, leveraged finance, institutional investment and capital markets.

Our Washington-based antitrust practice is now the largest of any firm with European origins and, in order to provide the multi-jurisdictional antitrust expertise that has become increasingly critical in international deals, is fully integrated into what has been ranked globally as the largest and best competition practice.

Our tax practice provides advice to clients in their most complex, challenging and innovative transactions, offering creative solutions in corporate tax, financial products, cross-border and other areas.

Our international dispute resolution practice specializes in advising private and public clients in international commercial arbitration and investment treaty disputes and related litigation.
