Through our offices in Madrid and Barcelona we offer our clients the services of more than 100 lawyers, including a small team of English solicitors. The rest are all locally qualified Spanish lawyers, giving us one of the highest percentages of locally qualified lawyers in an international law firm in Spain.

We offer national and international clients a comprehensive range of business law advice and have expertise in telecoms, energy, banking, finance, leisure, tobacco and retail, among other industry sectors. As an international firm in Spain, we combine our knowledge of Spanish civil law concepts with the common law concepts of Anglo-Saxon systems. This, together with our EU law expertise and our ability to draw on the services of our offices in other jurisdictions, enables us to offer our clients the best all-round legal solutions.

We also have an advisory council of two high profile individuals in the Spanish business community to help us identify trends and opportunities in the Spanish business market, and so establish how Spanish companies' needs can best be served by international legal techniques.

All our lawyers are fluent in Spanish and English, and those in our Barcelona office also speak Catalan. We also have French, Italian and German speakers, allowing us to communicate with most of our major clients in their own languages. We maintain strong links with the law faculties of the Spanish universities to ensure we recruit the top law students. We also have close contacts with the key regulatory authorities in Spain - the Bank of Spain, the Securities Commission (CNMV) and the Spanish competition authorities.
