The Paris office was established in 1972 and is now one of the largest law firms in France, with nearly over 180 lawyers of whom 27 are partners.
We combine the expertise and resources of an international law firm with an in-depth understanding of French law and business practices. We advise national and international corporates as well as governments, financial institutions, public companies and state-owned institutions.
Most of our lawyers are members of the Paris Bar and many are also qualified in other jurisdictions.
In addition to their legal training, many of our lawyers have also studied at business schools and universities around the world.
To best meet our clients' needs and the challenges they face in their market, we have nine practice groups: antitrust, competition and trade (ACT); corporate; dispute resolution (arbitration and litigation); employment, pensions and benefits (EPB); finance; public law and environment; intellectual property/information technology (IP/IT); real estate and tax.
In order to respond to the specialised demands that our clients face in their industry, we have also formed sector groups. The sectors run across all practice groups. The sectors are: automotive; chemicals; construction and engineering; energy and natural resources; financial institutions; pharmaceuticals and life sciences; private equity; public procurement; telecommunications; media and technology; real estate and transport and logistics.
