Oliver von Rosenberg is a partner in the firm’s Cologne office. He is a member of our corporate and private equity groups. His work focuses on mergers, acquisitions and demergers, private equity, financings and restructurings. His sector experience includes institutional investment, telecoms, technology, electricity, energy, transport and agriculture.
Recent transactions in the private equity field have included advising Accenture on its participation in a software development company, advising the shareholders of a major telecommunication services company on the sale of such company, advising one of the world’s leading media houses on its participation in a broadcasting services company, advising an internet platform on its financing rounds, structuring and financing of an internet start-up as well as advising a company on the restructuring of its loans and securities. Oliver von Rosenberg also lectures at the legal department of Ruhr-Universität Bochum.
