Jeffery worked in the Moscow office from 1995 to 1999. During this time, he acted for clients seeking to access securities and capital markets and making investments in Russia. Since returning to the London office, Jeffery has advised Nova (formerly Caradon) on the acquisition of Brand-Rex from BICC and on the disposal of its plumbing business to HSBC Private Equity. He has also advised a private equity house in the property sector on a strategic investment in an AIM listed public company. Jeffery is currently advising another private equity house on the potential acquisition of a European business in the friction sector.
