David is a banking partner with particular expertise in leveraged transactions. He has acted for a number of financial buyers on UK and cross-border acquisitions as well as for lenders on such transactions.
Deals include those involving conventional senior and senior/mezzanine structures, as well as transactions involving bridges to securitisations and high yield offerings. He has also acted for supranational and commercial lenders on project finance transactions and advises a number of major corporates on their treasury activities.
