Hildegard Bison is a German and US qualified lawyer and is based in Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer's Düsseldorf office. She is a partner in the firm's Corporate Practice Group and a member of the Private Equity Group. Her practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, private equity work and general corporate and commercial matters. The majority of her work is cross-border.
Recent transactions in the private equity field have included the divestiture of a worldwide automotive supply business where she was advising the seller and the representation of the bidder in the acquisition of a multi-jurisdictional gas business.
Hildegard is also a lecturer at the Center for Anglo American Studies at the Heinrich-Heine-University, Düsseldorf.
