We are one of the few international firms with comprehensive capability in Latin America. Our Latin America team comprises 52 lawyers from across 18 offices (including 9 lawyers who are qualified in Latin American countries). They regularly advise on investments in Latin America for European, Asian and US corporates or for Latin American companies investing outside of the region. We are able to work on transactions and conduct cases in Spanish and Portuguese.

We’ve increased our focus on Brazil and have also developed Latin America desks in a number of additional offices in the USA, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Our corporate practice has grown significantly and we continue to act on some of the leading Brazilian corporate deals.
On the finance side, the firm is well-positioned to take advantage of the development of Public Private Partnerships in Brazil, based on a strong track record in the UK and US markets. We are also doing a significant amount of antitrust, competition and trade and tax work for Brazilian companies internationally. In addition, our arbitration practice maintains a leading position in Latin America.
