Pro bono

We act free of charge/pro bono (for the public good) for a wide range of clients, from individual asylum seekers to some of the world’s biggest charities and non-governmental organisations (NGOs).

We treat our pro bono clients in the same way as our fee-earning clients; we owe them the same professional duties. Where cases require cross-practice, cross-border support, we bring together teams from as many disciplines and offices as needed.

We partner with advice centres and other local charities to deliver advice and, where appropriate, representation to individuals in need.

Our work in this area is focused around two themes: the Rule of Law and the Millennium Development Goals.

Our employment, pensions and benefits practice advises on employment and industrial relations law.
We help our clients navigate domestic and international issues, with emphasis on EU legislation.
We advise on M&A, regulatory disclosure, service contracts, work councils, severance, contracting out, confidentiality and restrictive covenants.
