International law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer is advising Logica, the business and technology services company listed on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext (Amsterdam), on the recommended cash acquisition of Logica by Canadian company CGI. The acquisition values Logica's share capital at approximately £1.7 billion.
