We are looking mid level associates, 3 years+ PQE

Requirements:

• strong academics;
• at least 3 years of solid Corporate experience involving cross border transactions gained with an international or city firm;
• solid private and public M&A and private equity experience;
• a strong technical and commercial background; and
• Mandarin is preferred, but not essential.

Corporate lawyers

We are looking for PRC qualified mid level associates.

Requirements:

• strong academics;
• a minimum of 4 years broad ranging corporate experience gained with a reputable local or international firm;
• cross border and PRC related M&A or securities transactional experiences;
• a strong technical and commercial background;
• international legal qualification preferred, but not essential; and
• fluent English.
