Intellectual Property and Information Technology – Hong Kong
We are expanding our IP/IT team in Hong Kong and looking for mid level and senior level lawyers.
Requirements:
- strong academics;
- minimum of 3 years post qualification IP/IT experience including cross border transactions gained with an international firm;
- strong drafting skills;
- strong technical and commercial background;
- common law or common law with PRC background; and
- Mandarin is preferred.
