Corporate lawyers

We are looking for mid level associates with strong transactional skills.

Requirements:

• strong academics;
• common law or US qualified;
• a minimum of 3 years broad ranging corporate experience gained with international or city firm;
• solid international M&A and private equity experience;
• strong experience of IPO transactions, including sound Hong Kong listing rules and stock exchange knowledge;
• a strong technical and commercial background; and
• Mandarin is preferred, but not essential.

Corporate lawyers

We are also looking for PRC qualified mid level associates.

Requirements:

• strong academics;
• a minimum of 4 years broad ranging corporate experience gained with a reputable local or international firm;
• cross border and PRC related M&A or securities transactional experiences;
• a strong technical and commercial background;
• international legal qualification preferred, but not essential; and
• fluent English;
