Finance (Milan)

We are looking for Italian-qualified lawyers with experience of securitisation and other structured finance, acquisition finance and real estate finance gained in a first-rate Italian or international law firm.

Our finance lawyers need broad banking and finance experience to meet the demands of our sophisticated clients and must be able to work and draft efficiently in English and Italian.

Corporate (Milan and Rome)

We are looking for Italian-qualified lawyers who are one to four years qualified, practise Italian corporate and commercial law in a first-rate Italian or international law firm and have a fluent knowledge of spoken and written English. Candidates must be willing to challenge themselves on a range of demanding corporate transactions, often cross-border, for international and domestic clients.
