Belgian competition law information officer

Function

You will have an active role in monitoring, identifying and keeping lawyers informed of any relevant legal development relating to Belgian competition issues. You will manage, develop and keep the Infobank up to date. Whilst assisting fee earners in their research by maintaining useful tools, you will be expected to draft articles for newsletters and other publications.

Skills and experience

You have excellent academic credentials at undergraduate level in a university in Europe and/or are able to demonstrate prior professional experience as an information officer/paralegal.

Fluent in both written and spoken Dutch, French and English, you have a genuine interest in the competition field. Knowledge of, and possibly experience in, sector specific regulations in the energy, TMT and transport sector, would be an asset, but not a must.

What do we offer?

Our Brussels office offers a dynamic, multicultural and supportive legal environment with approximately 60 lawyers plus an additional 16 partners, who all work on many of the cutting edge high profile national and international antitrust, competition and trade, corporate, finance and tax law cases.
