Pervez Akhtar is head of our Middle East and North Africa corporate practice and is a recognised leading specialist with more than 15 years of extensive experience in corporate and corporate finance work. Pervez's practice covers mergers and acquisitions (particularly cross-border), private equity, joint ventures, management buy-outs, equity issues, IPOs and general corporate advisory work.

Pervez acts for a wide range of clients including advising FTSE 100 companies, financial institutions, NYSE/NASDAQ-listed US corporates and government bodies, including sovereign wealth funds.

Pervez is an expert in the private equity and financial sectors.
