Avocat à la Cour, Patrick Tardivy is Counsel in our corporate group, based in Paris. He was previously a member of the Paris tax group and the firm’s international tax group. In 2005 and 2006, he spent nine months in the firm’s New York office.

Patrick regularly advises clients on corporate and tax issues regarding mergers and acquisitions and restructuring transactions, both domestic and cross-border, as well as in private equity and real estate transactions. Patrick has also developed specific knowledge and practice of innovative and tailor-made management incentive tools and employees’ savings schemes. Patrick has recently advised Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, Kingfisher, A.S. Watson, HP, Arkema, Nokia and ArcLight Capital Partners.
 
Patrick joined the firm in 2000. He studied law and tax at the University of Aix-Marseille III where he obtained post-graduate degrees (DESS business and tax laws, Magistère-DJCE). Before joining the firm, he spent 18 months with Ernst and Young.
